Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves offer state-of-the-art air valve design. The kit includes a high-performance valve with a single bonded rubber spool featuring finely ground sealing lands that travel only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch), ensuring long valve life while generating enough flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. These valves deliver a significant output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0), supported by large airflow with dual exhausts. Each output port is equipped with its own exhaust port, allowing for individual exhaust control. Manual override functionality is standard, enabling actuation of the valve without electricity or air to the pilots. Nova valves are designed for easy repair, allowing for complete replacement of all wearing parts in seconds without affecting the piping or electrical wiring; all that is required is a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool.
