Ideal for mobile equipment applications, 2-position ACV valves can be used for four-way directional control or as a three-way pilot valve. Its function indicator is incorporated directly into the control knob and is visible only when the valve is in the energized or open position; in the unoperated (closed) position, the indicator ring is concealed within the knob assembly. The ACV features an optional interlock reset port that can be utilized to automatically return the valve to the closed position. Designed to prevent stall conditions in mobile equipment operations, the interlock feature ensures that the ACV cannot be operated while the vehicle is in motion. The air or electric reset option allows the reset port to be connected to the handbrake line, forcing valve shutoff whenever the handbrake is released, thereby preventing simultaneous energy consumption from auxiliary equipment and the moving vehicle, which could otherwise lead to stall conditions or equipment damage. In electrical interlock models, removing the electrical supply will initiate shutoff. ACVs are rear ported for easier dashboard or panel mounting, with all mountings supplied with integral push-in fittings suitable for 5/32" or 1/4" tubing, allowing for straightforward installation by pushing the tube directly into the valve.
