Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves feature an advanced air valve design that incorporates a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands, allowing movement of only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch). This efficient movement ensures durability while providing sufficient flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. The valves deliver a large output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0) and include dual exhausts for enhanced performance, with each output port having its own exhaust port for individual exhaust control. Standard manual overrides enable triggering of valve actuation without electricity or air to the pilots. Designed for easy repair, Nova valves allow complete replacement of all wearing parts in seconds without the need to disturb the piping or electrical wiring; only a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool are required.
