Ideal for mobile equipment applications, 2-position ACV valves can be used for four-way directional control or as a three-way pilot valve. Its function indicator is designed directly into the control knob and is visible only when the valve is in the energized or open position, with the indicator ring concealed within the knob assembly in the unoperated (closed) position. The ACV features an optional interlock reset port, allowing for automatic return of the valve to the closed position. This feature is crucial for mobile equipment operations to prevent stall conditions, ensuring that the ACV cannot operate while the vehicle is in motion. The air or electric reset allows connection of the reset port to the handbrake line to force valve shutoff whenever the handbrake is released, preventing the simultaneous consumption of energy from auxiliary equipment and the moving vehicle. On electrical interlock models, removing the electrical supply will also force shutoff. ACVs are rear ported for simplified dashboard or panel mounting, with all mountings supplied with integral push-in fittings for 5/32" or 1/4" tube, allowing for easy installation by simply pushing the tube directly into the valve.
