Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves feature advanced air valve design. The kit includes a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands that travel only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch), ensuring long valve life while providing sufficient flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. The package includes large air flow capabilities with dual exhausts, producing an output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0). Each output port is equipped with its own exhaust port, allowing for individual exhaust control. Manual override is standard, enabling valve actuation without the need for electricity or air to the pilots. Additionally, Nova valves are easy to repair, designed for the complete replacement of all wearing parts in seconds without disturbing the piping or electrical wiring. Only a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool are required for maintenance.
