Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves offer state-of-the-art air valve design. The kit includes a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands that travel only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch), ensuring an economy of movement that assures long valve life while generating sufficient flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. With large air flow capabilities and dual exhausts, the 1/4" NPTF ported Nova valves produce an output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0). Each output port features its own exhaust port, allowing for individual exhaust control. The valves are equipped with a manual override as standard, enabling valve actuation without the need for electricity or air to the pilots. Designed for easy repair, Nova valves allow for straightforward replacement of all wearing parts within seconds, without the need to disturb the piping or electrical wiring; all that is required are a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool.
