Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves offer state-of-the-art air valve design. Nova utilizes a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands that travel only 0.047 inches (less than 1/16th of an inch), assuring long valve life while generating enough flow to power a 4-inch bore cylinder. These valves feature large air flow with dual exhausts, producing an output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0), with each output port having its own exhaust port for individual exhaust control. Manual override is standard, allowing valve actuation without electricity or air to the pilots. Nova valves are designed for easy repair, permitting complete replacement of all wearing parts in seconds without the need to touch the piping or electrical wiring; all that is required are a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool.
