Coxreels® SH series "Super Hub™" spring-driven hose reels feature a larger chassis and frame designed to accommodate longer lengths and larger diameters of hose. The original Super Hub™ dual axle support system enhances stability during operation, reduces vibration, and strengthens the reel's structural integrity. The reel includes an external fluid path with a machined-from-solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, with nitrile swivel seals. The sturdy single pedestal reel has a guide arm that adjusts to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, supported by a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability. It is equipped with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The enclosed factory-tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor contains a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc-plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. The reel is constructed of professional-grade heavy-duty steel with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish. Rolled edges and ribbed CNC-spun discs provide strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety. The swivel design allows simple seal maintenance and fast hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. The lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style motor is removable for safe and convenient maintenance. The product carries a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty and is made in the U.S.A., sold and supported worldwide.
