Coxreels® SH Series "Super Hub™" spring driven hose reels feature a professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction, designed for dependable performance. The larger chassis accommodates longer lengths and larger diameters of hose, while the exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system enhances stability during operation, reduces vibration, and strengthens structural integrity. The reel includes an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, ensuring simple seal maintenance and fast hose installation without needing to remove the reel from its mount. This sturdy single pedestal reel features a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post, with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor is non-corrosive, accompanied by stainless steel springs, pawls, and zinc-plated ratchet, along with a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism to secure the hose at the desired length. Additional specifications include heavy-duty CNC robotically spun discs with rolled edges for increased strength, durability, and hose protection.
