Coxreels® T Series "Truck Mount" spring driven hose reels are engineered for extreme durability and performance in demanding environments. The kit includes a robust dual pedestal-style reel with an extra-large chassis and Coxreels' Super Hub™, which offers triple axle support to minimize vibration and enhance structural integrity. Key specifications feature an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, while HP models utilize a zinc plated steel swivel. The swivel seals are nitrile electroless nickel plated steel on 1" models, and stainless steel rollers are included on 3/4" and 1" versions. Constructed from a single piece of heavy gauge 1/4" steel, the base and support posts ensure maximum strength, complemented by a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth operation. The hose reel features a controlled retraction speed that is 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models, an enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor, and non-corrosive components such as a stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allows for securing the hose at the desired length. The product boasts a professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction, a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength and safety, and comes with a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty.
