Coxreels® P Series "Performance" spring driven hose reels feature a compact, space-saving design and heavy-duty construction, making them highly versatile and virtually indestructible. The external fluid path includes a machined-from-solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet with nitrile swivel seals, enabling simple seal maintenance and fast hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. The reel is built on a sturdy single pedestal with a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, complemented by a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. It incorporates an enclosed, factory-tuned, and matched cartridge-style spring motor with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc-plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. The reel boasts professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish. Its heavy-duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs feature rolled edges to enhance strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead mounting positions.
