Coxreels® T Series "Truck Mount" spring driven hose reels are engineered for durability and reliability in demanding environments, featuring an extra large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and Coxreels' Super Hub™ for triple axle support, which minimizes vibration and enhances structural integrity. The reels include an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet (zinc plated steel swivel on HP models) and nitrile electroless nickel plated steel swivel seals on 1" models. The sturdy dual pedestal design is built for rugged mobile applications, with a guide arm that adjusts to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions, while stainless steel rollers are present on the 3/4" and 1" models. Constructed with a solid one-piece heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts for maximum strength, the reels utilize a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth operation. The EZ-Coil® models offer controlled retraction speed, retracting up to 80% slower, and feature an enclosed factory tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor. With a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet multi-position lock mechanism, these hose reels secure the hose at the desired length. The professional grade heavy duty steel construction is complemented by a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for added strength and safety. The product is supported by a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty and is made in the U.S.A. The swivel design allows for simple seal maintenance and quick hose installation without needing to remove the reel from its mount, while the EZ-Coil® equipped motor is easily removable for convenient maintenance, alongside Coxreels’ patented safety system.
