Coxreels® T Series "Truck Mount" spring driven hose reels are designed for demanding off-road applications, featuring a robust extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and the exclusive Super Hub™ for triple axle support, enhancing structural integrity and reducing vibration. The reel is equipped with an external fluid path, featuring a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet (with a zinc plated steel swivel for HP models) and nitrile electroless nickel plated steel swivel seals on 1" models. The sturdy dual pedestal design supports rugged mobile applications, with an adjustable guide arm accommodating wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. Stainless steel rollers are included on 3/4" and 1" models, while the solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support posts ensure maximum strength. The reel features a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, with a controlled retraction speed that is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models. The enclosed factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor is made with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring and pawl, utilizing a zinc plated ratchet multi-position lock mechanism to secure the hose at the desired length. This professional-grade hose reel also boasts a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for added strength and safety. It is backed by a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty and comes with an EZ-Coil® equipped lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor that is easily removable for safe maintenance.
