Coxreels® P series "Performance" spring driven hose reels feature a compact space-saving design and heavy duty construction, making them highly versatile and virtually indestructible. The external fluid path includes a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet with nitrile swivel seals. The sturdy single pedestal reel has a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, enhanced by a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. It includes an enclosed factory-tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet, along with a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism to secure the hose at the desired length. The reels are constructed from professional grade heavy duty steel, finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, and feature CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges for added strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety. The swivel design allows simple seal maintenance and fast hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. The cartridge motor is lubricated and enclosed, easily removable for maintenance. The guide arm adjusts to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions to facilitate workplace organization.
