Coxreels® P Series "Performance" spring driven hose reels feature a compact, space-saving design and heavy duty construction, making them highly versatile and virtually indestructible. The package includes an external fluid path with a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, while HP models use a zinc plated steel swivel, both equipped with nitrile swivel seals. The sturdy single pedestal reel has a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, along with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The guide arm is adjustable to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. EZ-Coil® models feature a controlled retraction speed up to 80% slower than conventional reels, utilizing a lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor that is easily removable for maintenance. The multi-position pawl and zinc plated ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. The reel is constructed with professional-grade heavy duty steel and finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process. CNC spun discs are heavy duty, robotically spun and ribbed with rolled edges for enhanced strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety.
