Coxreels® P series "performance" spring driven hose reels are known for their dependability and trouble-free performance, featuring a compact space-saving design and heavy-duty construction that makes them versatile and durable. They include an external fluid path with a machined-from-solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet (zinc plated steel swivel on HP models) with nitrile swivel seals. The sturdy single pedestal reel with a space-saving design facilitates workplace organization, and the guide arm adjusts to wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. The solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post ensure maximum stability, with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings providing smooth rotation. EZ-Coil® models offer controlled retraction speed up to 80% slower than conventional reels, with a pawl and zinc plated ratchet multi-position lock ratchet mechanism securing the hose at the desired length. The professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction is enhanced by a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for strength and safety. These reels are made in the U.S.A., sold and supported worldwide, and come with a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty. The swivel allows simple seal maintenance and fast hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. The EZ-Coil® feature includes a lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style motor that is easily removable for maintenance. Heavy-duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges provide greater strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety.
