Coxreels® SH Series "Super Hub™" spring driven hose reels are designed for dependable performance with a larger chassis and frame to accommodate longer lengths and larger diameters of hose. The unique Super Hub™ dual axle support system enhances stability during operation, minimizes vibration, and reinforces structural integrity. The reels feature an external fluid path with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, and the swivel seals consist of nitrile material. A sturdy single pedestal design includes a heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, along with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The controlled retraction speed is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models, which are equipped with an enclosed, factory-tuned cartridge-style spring motor. Additionally, the non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet mechanism allow for secure hose positioning at the desired length. The reel’s professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction is enhanced by a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, while rolled edges and ribbed discs offer additional strength and safety.
