Coxreels® fuel dispensing reels are designed for various non-aromatic fuel applications, including diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil. Available in heavy-duty single pedestal (SH series), supreme-duty dual pedestal (T series), or box-style frame (SP series) configurations, these reels serve as essential components in utility, ground support, and bulk liquid handling transport services for fuel storage and dispensing systems, fuel/lube trucks, aircraft refuelers, and tank trucks. The reels feature convenient uncoiling systems with added hose control for efficient fuel transfers, and they are machined from solid brass with a 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet for fuel dispensing. The 1" models include electroless nickel plated steel swivel seals made of nitrile. The sturdy single pedestal reel employs Coxreels' exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system, with an adjustable guide arm suitable for various positions including wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead. It features a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, along with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. The controlled retraction speed on EZ-Coil® models is up to 80% slower, employing a pawl and zinc plated ratchet, while the multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. Each reel is constructed from professional grade heavy-duty steel, finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, and features rolled edges and ribbed discs for added strength and safety. The product includes a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty and is made in the U.S.A., sold and supported worldwide. The swivel is machined from zinc plated steel, and the lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor is easily removable for convenient maintenance. Additionally, heavy-duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges enhance the overall durability of the product.
