Coxreels® fuel dispensing reels are engineered to accommodate various non-aromatic fuel applications, such as diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil. These professional-grade reels are available in heavy-duty single pedestal (SH series), supreme-duty dual pedestal (T series), or box-style frame (SP series) configurations. They serve as vital components in utility, ground support, and bulk liquid handling transport services, designed for installation on fuel storage and dispensing systems, fuel/lube trucks, aircraft refuelers, and tank trucks. The reels feature convenient uncoiling systems with additional hose control for efficient fuel transfers. Constructed with a machined solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet, the 1" models are equipped with an electroless nickel plated steel swivel and nitrile seals. The sturdy single pedestal reel incorporates Coxreels' exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system, with an adjustable guide arm suitable for wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. Its solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post ensure maximum stability, while the 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings facilitate smooth rotation. The EZ-Coil® models allow for controlled retraction speed, which is up to 80% slower, featuring a pawl and zinc plated ratchet, along with a multi-position lock ratchet mechanism to secure the hose at the desired length. Key features include professional grade heavy-duty steel construction, a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, rolled edges and ribbed discs for enhanced strength and safety, and a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty. The reels are made in the U.S.A. and supported worldwide. Additionally, the lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor is easily removable for safe maintenance, and the heavy-duty CNC spun discs are robotically spun with ribbed surfaces and rolled edges for added durability.
