COXREELS® SH Series "Super Hub™" spring driven hose reels feature a larger chassis and frame designed to accommodate longer hose lengths and larger diameters, incorporating COXREELS' original Super Hub™ dual axle support system to increase stability, reduce vibration, and enhance structural integrity. The reel includes an external fluid path with a machined from solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlet with nitrile swivel seals, and a sturdy single pedestal reel with an adjustable guide arm for wall, floor, vehicle, or overhead mounting positions. It has a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post for maximum stability, a 1" solid steel axle with lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, and an enclosed factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc-plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allows the hose to be secured at the desired length. The hose reel features professional-grade heavy-duty steel construction finished with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat process, CNC spun discs with rolled edges and ribbed discs for enhanced strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety. The swivel is machined from solid brass for simple seal maintenance and quick hose installation without removing the reel, while the cartridge motor is lubricated and enclosed for safe and convenient maintenance. The unit carries a leading two-year manufacturer's limited warranty and is made in the U.S.A., sold and supported worldwide.
