Coxreels® MPD, TDMP and 1275HP series "dual hydraulic" hose reels are specifically engineered for dual hydraulic applications, incorporating advanced features from related series. Users can select from spring-driven retraction at 3,000 PSI with a capacity of 50 feet or hand crank/motorized models rated for 10,000 PSI with a reach of 200 feet. The reels feature an external fluid path with dual port melanized 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlets, sealed with Teflon for enhanced durability. Constructed from professional-grade heavy-duty steel with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, these reels include rolled edges and ribbed discs that enhance strength and safety. The sturdy single pedestal design includes a solid one-piece, heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post that ensures maximum stability. They are equipped with a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, while controlled retraction is up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures hoses at the desired length. The aluminum guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, vehicle, and overhead positions. Additional features include a lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor, easily removable for convenient maintenance, and exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system.
