Coxreels® MPD, TDMP, and 1275HP series "Dual Hydraulic" hose reels are engineered for dual hydraulic applications, featuring options for spring-driven retraction at 3,000 PSI to 50 feet or hand crank/motorized models at 10,000 PSI to 200 feet. These reels come equipped with an external fluid path designed with dual port melanized 90° full-flow NPT swivel seals made of Teflon for easy maintenance and quick hose installation without needing to detach the reel. The sturdy single pedestal construction employs Coxreels' exclusive Super Hub™ dual axle support system, providing maximum stability with a solid one-piece heavy gauge 1/4" steel base and support post. A robust 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings facilitate smooth rotation, while controlled retraction speed is enhanced up to 80% slower on EZ-Coil® models. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allows for securing the hose at the desired length, supplemented by a pawl and zinc-plated ratchet. The reels feature professional grade heavy duty steel construction, a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, rolled edges, and ribbed discs for added strength and safety. Additionally, they include a lubricated and enclosed cartridge motor that is easily removable for maintenance, as well as CNC spun discs that contribute to greater strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety. These reels are made in the U.S.A. and come with a leading 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty.
