COXREELS® C Series "Combination" spring driven hose reels are a compact assembly combining two hose reels in one unit, ideal for applications requiring two sources when space is limited. The assembly features a single expanded 1/4" steel mounting base for increased stability and space efficiency, utilizing one mounting pattern that reduces installation time by half compared to installing two separate reels. Each reel operates independently with two external fluid paths incorporating machined-from-solid brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlets (with zinc plated steel swivels on HP models) and nitrile swivel seals for simple seal maintenance and easy hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. The assembly includes a 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation, an enclosed factory tuned and matched cartridge-style spring motor with a non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet. The multi-position lock ratchet mechanism secures the hose at the desired length. Constructed from professional-grade heavy-duty steel with a durable proprietary CPC™ powder coat finish, the reels feature rolled edges and ribbed discs for strength and safety. The cartridge-style motor is lubricated, enclosed, easily removable for maintenance, and precision coil spring tuned for long life and optimal performance.
