Three phase motors are totally enclosed for continuous duty, suitable for general purpose applications. Standard features across all ratings include the exclusive inverter rated insulation system (IRIS), offering superior protection against voltage spikes caused by variable frequency drives. The motors and gearboxes are designed with numerous advanced mechanical features, including double shielded ball bearings in the motors. Needle bearings are used in the parallel shaft gearboxes, while ball bearings are present in the right angle (worm) gearboxes. A steel conduit box is provided as standard, and the complete gearmotor is finished with high gloss hardened black enamel paint.
