Tool Solutions Jib Cranes utilize an enclosed track system to facilitate effortless movement and enhance productivity in work cells. Each jib crane is crafted to be a durable, lightweight, and cost-effective solution for applications involving suspended tools or light-duty lifting. Every unit comes equipped with a trolley and features specific to its model, such as the TSJ50, which provides 180° of rotation and is designed for free-standing installation without the need for a foundation, ideal for areas with limited floor space. The four-bolt mounting brackets enable easy adjustments to the boom height and allow for simple conversion to wall or column mounting. In contrast, the TSJ150 models provide 200° of rotation but require a 6" reinforced concrete floor for free-standing installations. The TSJ150's slim profile is particularly advantageous for applications where headroom is restricted.
