The wall bracket jib cranes are designed as an economical, heavy-duty solution for hoist coverage in various applications, including bays, walls, or columns, and can complement overhead crane or monorail systems. Each unit features a single tie rod that is right-hand threaded at both ends for easy leveling, with all connections bolted, including movable bolted trolley stops. To facilitate maintenance, grease fittings are included for convenient field lubrication. The formed bracket fittings allow for 200° rotation, enhancing reliability. These cranes are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, with a factor of 15% of the jib crane capacity allocated for hoist and trolley weight and an additional 25% for impact, ensuring the full-rated capacity use of the jib. Please note that the hoist trolley is not included in the package.
