Our fixed height steel gantry cranes provide an economical way to lift materials anywhere in a facility. The heavy-duty end frame design features square tubing uprights and a channel base for stable lifting and movement. Each gantry crane includes non-marking, durable phenolic casters that deliver low rolling resistance and facilitate easy movement, even under load, as outlined in the owner's manual. The phenolic wheels are designed to roll smoothly over rough floor surfaces and can withstand exposure to water, oil, and most chemicals. Additionally, every fixed height steel gantry crane is equipped with four-position, bolt-on swivel locks for enhanced stability. These cranes are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, allowing for a lifting capacity that accommodates 15% of the crane capacity for hoist and trolley weight, with an extra 25% of the capacity allocated for impact, ensuring maximum utilization of the crane's capacity.
