The fixed height steel gantry cranes are designed for economical lifting of materials within a facility, featuring a heavy-duty end frame with square tubing uprights and a channel base that ensure stability during lifting and movement. Each crane is equipped with non-marking, durable phenolic casters that provide low rolling resistance and enable easy maneuverability, even under load, as detailed in the owner's manual. The phenolic wheels are engineered to roll smoothly over uneven surfaces and resist water, oil, and various chemicals. Each crane also includes four-position, bolt-on swivel locks for enhanced safety. These gantries are pre-engineered for compatibility with powered hoists, allowing for a maximum capacity use that factors in 15% of the crane's capacity for hoist and trolley weight, along with an additional 25% allowance for impact.
