Our fixed height steel gantry cranes provide an economical solution for lifting materials throughout a facility. Each crane features a heavy-duty end frame with square tubing uprights and a channel base, ensuring stable lifting and movement. The kit includes durable, non-marking phenolic casters designed for low rolling resistance and easy maneuverability, allowing the gantry crane to be moved under load. The phenolic wheels offer smooth rolling even over rough floor surfaces and are resistant to water, oil, and most chemicals. Additionally, every fixed height steel gantry crane comes equipped with four-position, bolt-on swivel locks. The cranes are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, accommodating a factor of 15% of the crane's capacity for the hoist and trolley weight, along with an allowance of 25% for impact, thus maximizing the crane's capacity use.
