Our fixed height steel gantry cranes provide an economical way to lift materials anywhere in a facility. The heavy duty end frame design features square tubing uprights and a channel base that ensures stable lifting and movement. Each gantry is equipped with non-marking, durable phenolic casters that provide low rolling resistance for easy movement, allowing the crane to be moved under load. The phenolic wheels roll smoothly over rough floor surfaces and are resistant to water, oil, and most other chemicals. Additionally, every fixed height steel gantry crane comes with four position, bolt-on swivel locks for safety. These cranes are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, allowing a factor of 15% of the crane capacity for the hoist and trolley weight, along with an additional 25% of the capacity for impact, maximizing the crane's capacity usage.
