Our fixed height steel gantry cranes are designed for economical material lifting within a facility, featuring a heavy-duty end frame constructed with square tubing uprights and a channel base to ensure stability during lifting and movement. The cranes are equipped with non-marking, durable phenolic casters that offer low rolling resistance and facilitate easy mobility, even under load. These wheels provide smooth operation over rough floor surfaces and are resistant to water, oil, and most chemicals. Each fixed height steel gantry crane includes four position, bolt-on swivel locks for enhanced safety. They are pre-engineered for compatibility with powered hoists, allowing for a load capacity adjustment where 15% of the crane capacity is designated for the hoist and trolley weight, along with an additional 25% allowance for impact, enabling optimal capacity utilization.
