Our fixed height steel gantry cranes provide an economical way to lift materials anywhere in a facility, featuring a heavy-duty end frame design with square tubing uprights and a channel base for stable lifting and movement. Each gantry is equipped with non-marking, durable phenolic casters that offer low rolling resistance and facilitate easy movement, allowing the crane to be moved under load as specified in the owner's manual. The phenolic wheels are designed to roll smoothly over rough floor surfaces and are resistant to water, oil, and most chemicals. Additionally, every fixed height steel gantry crane includes four position, bolt-on swivel locks for enhanced safety. These cranes are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, accommodating a factor of 15% of the crane capacity for the hoist and trolley weight, along with an additional 25% of the capacity for impact, thereby maximizing the effective capacity of the crane.
