Our free standing jib cranes are designed for heavy duty, high productivity applications, providing versatility for various settings such as beneath large bridge cranes, open areas serving multiple work stations, outdoor locations like loading docks, and in machining and assembly operations where overlapping jibs enable staged operation. The kit includes a boxed style head assembly that allows for head installation prior to the boom, reducing required installation clearances and maximizing hoist lift, while enhancing stability compared to common sleeve-over-pipe designs, resulting in less deflection. The cranes feature precision tapered roller bearings for smooth operation and durability, as well as full supporting triangular baseplate gussets to further minimize deflection. They come equipped with bolted movable trolley stops to limit trolley travel. Designed for compatibility with powered hoists, these free standing jib cranes allow for a 15% factor of the total capacity for the hoist and trolley weight, along with an additional 25% for impact, enabling full rated capacity use.
