Our free standing jib cranes are designed for heavy duty, high productivity applications, offering unparalleled versatility. They are suitable for use under large bridge cranes, in open areas serving multiple work stations, and in outdoor settings such as loading docks, as well as in machining and assembly operations where they can overlap with other jibs for staged operation. The cranes feature a boxed style head assembly that allows for the installation of the head prior to the boom, minimizing required installation clearances while maximizing hoist lift and enhancing stability compared to common sleeve-over-pipe designs, resulting in reduced deflection. Additionally, precision tapered roller bearings ensure smooth operation and longevity, and full supporting triangular baseplate gussets replace traditional struts to further minimize deflection. Each crane includes bolted movable trolley stops to limit trolley travel, is pre-engineered for compatibility with powered hoists, and accommodates a factor of 15% of the jib crane capacity for hoist and trolley weight, along with an additional 25% capacity for impact, allowing for full rated capacity use of the jib.
