Our free-standing jib cranes are designed for heavy-duty, high-productivity applications and offer exceptional versatility. These cranes are suitable for installation under large bridge cranes, in open areas serving multiple workstations, and for outdoor applications like loading docks, as well as in machining and assembly operations where overlapping jibs can facilitate staged operations. The boxed style head assembly enables the installation of the head before the boom, reducing necessary installation clearances while maximizing hoist lift, and providing increased stability compared to standard sleeve-over-pipe designs, resulting in less deflection. Precision tapered roller bearings ensure smooth operation and extended lifespan, while full supporting triangular baseplate gussets minimize deflection, replacing conventional struts. Each crane is equipped with bolted movable trolley stops to restrict trolley travel. These free-standing jib cranes are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, accommodating a factor of 15% of the jib crane capacity for hoist and trolley weight, with an additional 25% of the capacity permitted for impact, thereby allowing the full rated capacity use of the jib. Note that templates and hoist trolley are not included.
