Our free standing jib cranes are designed for heavy duty, high productivity applications, making them versatile solutions for various environments. They can be utilized underneath large bridge cranes, in open areas for multiple work stations, at outdoor locations like loading docks, or in machining and assembly operations, where they can operate concurrently with other jibs. Features include a boxed style head assembly that allows for the head to be installed before the boom, reducing installation space requirements and maximizing hoist lift. This design enhances stability compared to common sleeve-over-pipe configurations, resulting in decreased deflection. The cranes are equipped with precision tapered roller bearings for smooth operation and longevity, along with full supporting triangular baseplate gussets to further minimize deflection. Each crane has bolted movable trolley stops to limit trolley travel and comes pre-engineered for use with powered hoists. It is important to note that a factor of 15% of the jib crane capacity is allocated for the hoist and trolley weight, with an additional 25% allowed for impact, ensuring full rated capacity usage of the jib. Templates and hoist trolley are not included.
