Our free standing jib cranes are designed for heavy duty, high productivity applications, offering versatility for various settings like loading docks, machining, and assembly operations. The kit includes a boxed style head assembly that simplifies installation by allowing the head to be installed prior to the boom, thus reducing required installation clearances and maximizing hoist lift. This design enhances stability compared to common sleeve-over-pipe configurations, resulting in less deflection. Additionally, precision tapered roller bearings ensure smooth operation and longevity. Full supporting triangular baseplate gussets minimize deflection, while bolted movable trolley stops are included to limit trolley travel. These cranes are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, permitting a 15% allowance of the jib crane capacity for the hoist and trolley weight, and an additional 25% to accommodate impact, ensuring full rated capacity usage. Please note that templates and hoist trolley are not included.
