Our fixed height steel gantry cranes offer an economical solution for lifting materials throughout a facility. The heavy-duty end frame design features square tubing uprights and a channel base for stable lifting and movement. Each gantry includes non-marking, durable phenolic casters that provide low rolling resistance for easy maneuverability, even under load, as detailed in the owner's manual. The phenolic wheels are designed to roll smoothly over rough floor surfaces while being resistant to water, oil, and most chemicals. The cranes come equipped with four position, bolt-on swivel locks for added security. They are pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, allowing for a lifting capacity that accommodates 15% of the crane's capacity for hoist and trolley weight, alongside an additional allowance of 25% for impact, ensuring optimal utilization of the crane's capacity.
