Our fixed height steel gantry cranes provide an economical way to lift materials anywhere in a facility, featuring a heavy-duty end frame design with square tubing uprights and a channel base for stable lifting and movement. The gantries include non-marking, durable phenolic casters that offer low rolling resistance for easy mobility, allowing for movement under load. The phenolic wheels are designed to roll smoothly over rough floor surfaces and are resilient against water, oil, and most chemicals. Each fixed height steel gantry crane is equipped with four position, bolt-on swivel locks for added security. Pre-engineered for use with powered hoists, these cranes allow for a factor of 15% of the crane capacity for the hoist and trolley weight, with an additional 25% capacity allowed for impact, ensuring maximum capacity use.
