Our fixed height steel gantry cranes provide an economical solution for lifting materials throughout a facility. The heavy-duty end frame design features square tubing uprights and a channel base that ensure stable lifting and movement. Each gantry is equipped with non-marking, durable phenolic casters which facilitate low rolling resistance and easy maneuverability, even under load, as detailed in the owner's manual. The phenolic wheels are designed to roll smoothly over a variety of floor surfaces and can resist water, oil, and most chemicals. Additionally, every fixed height steel gantry crane comes with four-position, bolt-on swivel locks. These cranes are pre-engineered for compatibility with powered hoists, accommodating a factor of 15% of the crane's capacity for hoist and trolley weight, alongside an additional 25% of capacity for impact, allowing for maximum capacity utilization.
