The Arrow ASP-1 is a pneumatic exhaust muffler designed for efficient noise reduction and filtration, featuring a sintered bronze element with a 40 micron rating and a 1/8" NPT connection. This kit includes ten mufflers constructed with porous sintered bronze bonded to a nickel-plated steel pipe thread fitting, allowing for effective diffusion of air and muffling of noise from the exhaust ports of valves, cylinders, and air tools. The exhaust muffler operates at a maximum pressure of 300 PSI and is suitable for a temperature range of 35°F to 300°F. Additionally, the standard unit contains a 40 micron filter, while 20 and 90 micron units are available for special orders, ensuring compliance with OSHA noise requirements while providing capabilities to filter oil, gas, and air.
