The Arrow ASP1BV is a pneumatic breather vent constructed from sintered bronze, featuring a filtration rating of 40 microns and a 1/8" NPT connection, suitable for a maximum operating pressure of 150 PSI. This breather vent is designed for various applications, including vacuum relief and pressure equalization on gearboxes, oil tanks, or reservoirs. It is commonly used on single-acting cylinders to prevent dirt and foreign particles from entering ports that are open to the atmosphere. The unit includes a nickel-plated steel insert and comes with standard pipe thread fittings for easy assembly and maintenance. The filter element can also be custom-ordered with 20 or 90 micron filtration options. The breather vent operates within a temperature range of 35°F to 300°F and is built to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
