The Arrow ASP-2 is a pneumatic exhaust muffler designed with a sintered bronze filter element that boasts a 40-micron filtration capability. This muffler connects via a 1/4" NPT fitting and operates effectively at a maximum pressure of 300 PSI. The design incorporates porous sintered bronze bonded to a nickel-plated steel pipe thread fitting, allowing for efficient air diffusion and noise reduction from the exhaust ports of valves, cylinders, and air tools. The unit not only minimizes exhaust noise to meet OSHA noise requirements but also features the versatility to filter oil, gas, and air. For additional customization, 20 or 90 micron filters are available through special order. The operating temperature range for this muffler is between 35°F and 300°F.
