The Arrow ASP-8 is a pneumatic exhaust muffler made from sintered bronze with a 40-micron filtration capability and a 1" NPT fitting, designed for a maximum pressure of 300 PSI. This product uses porous sintered bronze that is directly bonded to a nickel-plated steel pipe thread fitting, allowing it to effectively diffuse air and muffle noise from the exhaust ports of valves, cylinders, and air tools. It provides a compact solution that meets OSHA noise requirements by significantly reducing exhaust noise levels. The standard unit features a 40-micron element, with the option to order 20 or 90 micron units upon request. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of 35°F to 300°F.
