These filters utilize porous sintered bronze, which is directly bonded to a nickel-plated steel pipe thread fitting, ensuring durability and efficiency. The standard unit features a 40-micron element, with 20 or 90-micron options available on special order. Key attributes include #10-32 threads, the ability to filter oil, gas, and air, a maximum operating pressure of 300 psi, and an operating temperature range of 35°F to 300°F. These units provide a compact solution with excellent sound deadening qualities, helping to maintain noise levels within OSHA requirements.
