The kit includes a curved top with 4" wide angles, 5" heavy-duty stem bolted casters, and is available in two models: the OT10-6, which has 6" spacing and a 10 pan capacity, and the OT20-3, which features 3" spacing and a 20 pan capacity. It is constructed from fully welded 1 1/4" square tubing ladder assembly for enhanced durability. The material used is 6063-T52 extruded aluminum angles, ensuring a robust structure.
