The All Welded Curved Top Pan Rack is designed for front loading and has a capacity to hold 15 full-size pans. It features six cylindrical support bars that ensure strength and durability, along with 3" shelf spacing and plastic endcaps. The rack includes 1 1/2" ribbed angles, heavy-duty 5" stem bolted swivel casters for ease of movement, and can hold [20] 18" x 26" pans or [40] 18" x 13" pans for front loading, while the side load variant accommodates [20] 18" x 26" pans. With a robust 500 lb capacity, the units are shipped KD. The construction consists of a fully welded 1" square tubing ladder assembly, with angles measuring 1" x 1 1/2" x 20" for the front load pan rack and 1" x 1 1/2" x 17 3/4" for the side load pan rack. It is made from 6063-T52 extruded aluminum angles along with upright tubing and support pieces.
