The 6" dial caliper features a .100"/rev resolution and is designed for extra smooth movement, ensuring precision in measurements. Constructed from hardened stainless steel, the beam wear surfaces are tin coated to decrease wear over time. This caliper allows for 4-way measurement, enabling users to measure outside diameter (OD), inside diameter (ID), depth, and step with ease. It is equipped with a thumb roller and a clamp screw for enhanced usability. The caliper is supplied in a fitted plastic case for protection and easy storage.
