The kit includes a comprehensive overload protection system with ambient compensated operation ranging from -20° to +60° C, designed for both three-phase and single-phase applications. It features differential single phasing protection, adjustable bi-metallic elements without heaters, and is precisely factory calibrated and tested. The system is equipped with 1NO and 1NC electrically isolated alarm contacts, and allows for manual or automatic reset, which can be changed in the field. It includes a 3-pole overload relay for three-phase applications and a 2-pole overload relay for single-phase applications, operating under UL Class 10 specifications. High inertia start overloads are available upon consultation with the factory. The kit also features large and easily operable "Reset" and "Stop" buttons, along with a "Trip" indicator that shows the status of the overload, ensuring effective operation and user interaction.
