The kit includes a temperature control unit that operates efficiently in an ambient range of -20° to +60° C, featuring differential single phasing protection designed for three-phase operations. It is equipped with adjustable bi-metallic elements, eliminating the need for heaters, and is precisely factory calibrated and tested to ensure reliable performance. The unit contains 1 normally open (1NO) and 1 normally closed (1NC) electrically isolated alarm contacts, and it can be configured for manual or automatic reset, which is field changeable. For overload protection, a 3-pole overload relay is available for three-phase applications, while a 2-pole relay is suitable for single-phase applications, both adhering to UL Class 10 operation standards. High inertia start overloads are also available upon factory consultation. The control unit features a large and easy-to-operate "Reset" button, a similarly designed "Stop" button, and a "Trip" indicator that displays the status of the overload.
